Refund policy
To start a claim, you can contact us at wonderlandsoothingcreations@gmail.com. If your claim is accepted, we will refund the total value of your purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a claim will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately (within 48hrs from received) via Email, Facebook or Instagram if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If item is damaged please incluide a picture of the damaged item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any of our items or gift cards, however if we made a mistake or the item is damaged (see above) we will be more that happy to work with you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
